A popular classic from Italy.
Simply pour the espresso into a cup and “correct” it with a shot of brandy.
You can also try grappa or brandy instead of the brandy!
Especially the espresso with grappa is very popular in Italy. Some also drink the espresso first, then add the grappa to the still hot espresso cup (so that it mixes with the remaining crema of the espresso) and enjoy it that way.
